Board Mentoring

Since its inception four years ago, Bird & Co Board & Executive Mentoring has been ahead of the field with the Glass Ladder Programme preparing first-time female Board members, both executive and non-executive.  We are delighted that over recent months eight of our early graduates from the Glass Ladder programme, which prepares senior female executives for the boardroom, have been appointed to their first NED roles, four of which are with FTSE 250 companies.
